At our Al Majaz 3 branch in Sharjah, kickboxing is coached by Saleem P.V, a multi-time National Champion with 25 years of teaching experience and certification from the UAE Kickboxing and Muay Thai Federation. Classes cover punches, kicks, knee and elbow strikes with real striking discipline, taking students from their first session through to competitive-level fitness.
