About Our Ladies Yoga Classes
Our ladies-only yoga classes are led by Apoorva Hebbar, a Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor (ID: 664747), dedicated to helping women improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. Classes focus on flexibility, strength, balance, mindfulness, relaxation and overall wellness in a supportive and welcoming environment, suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners.
